Locally, we have a fully equipped 3,000 square foot commercial kitchen
facility completely (2) 14 x 14 foot walk in coolers, located in the
heart of New Orleans which enables us to cater events large and small.
Such versatility allows HOTS to handle events on-site or prepare the
requested menu in-house and transport it directly to the client. So
whether your job requires an entire kitchen set up on site or a finished
product delivered “Hot on the Spot”, we are outfitted
to perform under any circumstances.
With a history of mobile catering across the United States, Hot on
the Spot has acquired an extensive inventory of portable kitchen equipment.
In addition to meeting any clients catering needs, we are also a fully
operational mobile unit, which allows us to provide added support
to other catering companies. Whether convection ovens, electric warmers
or on-site consulting is required to accomplish a catering goal, HOTS
acts as a superb primary caterer in addition to being a professional
